The Post-Master’s Certificate in Management is awarded to recognize students who have gained significant doctoral-level knowledge in the area of management. This program allows students to earn a certificate for completing required coursework in Walden’s Ph.D. in Management program.

KAM-Based Program Certificate Requirements
- Full admission into the Ph.D. in Management program and completion of program foundation requirements
- Minimum of 44 quarter credits in content and research track courses (in addition to foundations)
- Three KAMs (36–42 qtr. cr.), or two KAMs and approved KAM course equivalency
- RSCH 8100Z - Research Theory, Design, and Methods (4 qtr.cr.)
- Either: RSCH 8200Z - Quantitative Reasoning and Analysis OR RSCH 8300Z - Qualitative Reasoning and Analysis (4 qtr.cr.)
- GPA of 3.0 or better
Mixed Program Certificate Requirements
- Full admission into the Ph.D. in Management program and completion of program foundation requirements
- Minimum of 44 quarter credits in KAMs, content courses, and research track courses
- Any mix of Core and Specialization courses or KAMs (36 qtr. cr.)
- RSCH 8100Z - Research Theory, Design, and Methods (4 qtr.cr.)
- Either: RSCH 8200Z - Quantitative Reasoning and Analysis OR RSCH 8300Z - Qualitative Reasoning and Analysis (4 qtr.cr.)
- GPA of 3.0 or better
Course-Based Certificate Requirements
