The General Practice specialization prepares students to enter the field as I/O practitioners. While core courses provide a foundation in I/O principles and best practices, specialization courses examine I/O testing and measurement methods; leadership and change processes; and human resource activities, such as employee recruitment and training, job analysis and design, and performance management and appraisal.
