Human Resource Management - B.S. in Business Administration

The Human Resource Management concentration helps students develop insights into recruitment and selection, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, job design, training, retention, and turnover. In addition, students explore how economic, social, psychological, legal, and cultural forces influence employment relations. Note: Students must complete HRMG 3001 - Human Resource Management before entering the Human Resource Management concentration.

Concentration Curriculum

Electives (65 cr.)

Choose thirteen courses from general education, B.S. in Business Administration, or other Walden bachelor’s degree programs. At least 10 credits must be at the 3000–4000 level. Elective credits should total 65 to meet the program requirements. Students may also be eligible to transfer previous credit to meet their elective requirements. Note on Minors: Electives can also be used to complete a six-course minor.
